Frozen Embryon transfer

Hello !
I had my IVF last year in May, everything went well and we have now a cute 9 month old baby :)

We have 5 more embryos
and I will have a transfer of one of them in January. If some of you have this experience or going to, could you please advise me what it would be the process, and if there is any advise that I should know :)
