Wanting to make friends 🫶

Hey😊! This is a bit of an awkward post because why at the age of 29 am I trying to make friends 😂🙈. The last few years have been tough for me, MH wise and I’ve realised that I’ve pushed everyone away (not on purpose of course). I want to put myself out there as awkward as it is, I just feel like I have no one to vent to, or go out drinking with, or even just grabbing a coffee or doing something with the kids😥then I see everyone else my age with big friend groups and here I am. I have a 13 year old daughter, tbh she’s quite unsociable so I think it would do us both the world of good finding friends 🫶. I’ve posted here anonymously cause I find it awkward 😂. I'm 28 with a 2 year old and a 14 month old. It's definitely a lot harder making friends when you're older all the anxiety of speaking to someone that you don't have as a child 😂
