Well I’ve had it few times throughout the cycle (even thought clinic said no- but I been ttc for 10yrs so thought this wouldn’t make any difference tbh) 🤣🙃 but I’ve heard doing it night before FET optimise the success as the embryo are familiar with sperm inside. Trust ur instinct & go with what u feel it right for u! Good luck, feel free to ask anything x

I did night before fet- currently pregnant in 3rd trimester. But it were medicated cycle. So not sure about natural.
