No, they stay sterile for 24 hours only. Honestly wouldn't worry about taking a dummy to hospital, if you really really really need one and are in for a few days someone can get a dummy from home and yes, hospital will help you sterilise if needed!
I was told off for taking a dummy last time 😂 those first few hours/days if you are breastfeeding are crucial to establish latch and feeding cues and dummies can confuse them apparently. Sterilising and storing in the case is 24 hours tops anyway xx
I don’t think so, but doesn’t matter anyway as the hospital will sterilise it for you no problem x
