Hello, are the health Visitors strict on where baby sleeps in the bedroom?

I think as long as they’re not near a radiator/window and their sleep space is safe (no cot bumpers/toys/big blankets etc) then it’s probably fine!

Strict in what sense? They don’t really have a say ultimately , some won’t even look but I’d keep the cot away from a radiator that is on and anywhere that might be drafty. Our next to me is on the side where the radiator is in our room but it’s never on overnight. When they came with my first they asked to see the space but she never passed comment on its location x

We had midwife come do ours and the cot was up but being used to store stuff and ours was near the window and she didn’t mention anything.

Tbh a health visitor jas never even come round to check that with me
