Thank you we attend baby yoga in pembroke but it's the last week and I've got no more classes to go to so wanna brach out a little!
If you live in Pembroke and are entitled to Flying Start, they provide so many groups throughout the week!

I have a 2 month old. I'm finding it hard to find many groups thats for babies and toddlers close by.

The leisure centre in Pembroke holds baby yoga on a Thursday. I know in Haverfordwest there are quite a few baby classes such as yoga and massage. Quite a few local churches have baby groups on certain days and in Tenby School on a Wednesday and Friday. It’s worth looking at Flying Start Pembrokeshire and Pembrokeshire Family Info Service on Facebook (I will post the links here) as they regularly post about classes, majority of them are also free which is a massive help when on maternity! 🩵
