At what month did your symptoms of D-MER get worse? (If it got worse)

thank you for sharing! Im researching if month two is typically when most of the milk starts coming out or if it has gone through a process of being at “it’s fullest” when it is the most rich for baby. This might correlate why we feel at our worst during this time or if it’s irrelevant.
