A lollipop or sucking equivalent. Swallowing and yawning help with the ear pressure change. You got to time it as you’re pulling out of the gate or taking off. And landing.
Full charged devices, an external battery charger if you can, and soft kids headphones.
Camomile tea is pregnancy safe. Bonus if it has lavender.

We used one of these magnetic drawing pads, stuffed animal, books, snacks, fidget toys, ... On a 12 hour flight. Oh and sticker books 👍 also, walking up and down the aisle, people watching, and sleep.

Sticker books and no screen time rules (save screens for the plane though). Run them up and down, up and down the terminal before the flight. You’ll be fine!
