What do I do? (Co-sleeping)

Our baby is going through a sleep regression. I keep waking up in the night to find that my LO, who I had put to sleep in his cot, is suddenly asleep in my arms. What do i do? He is in a safe position, pillows are moved, no blanket near him, on his back, just in the crook of my arm. But I have no idea I have done it?! Advice please

No advice but I also do this. I can't even remember half the times my daughter wakes up and I find her in my arms. I'm glad I looked up safe co sleeping as i seem to do the correct position each night too

@Linzi thank you for this! Nice to know I'm not insane 😅

I’ve decided to just go with the co-sleeping now as this seemed most natural. I was getting so stressed out trying to get him in the cot because I was scared but he just wanted to be held. Sounds like you’re being sensible, safe and not doing anything wrong to me xxx

My health visitor sent me this link to follow “rules” around co-sleeping.
