Eczema coxsackium scarring
My son had Eczema coxsackium a few weeks ago and he’s been left with scarring in the areas he has it.. around mouth, legs, arms.
Can anyone recommend a cream they’ve used that has helped soften the scars ?

Following! My son also has scarring and it's not gone it's been months now. Been using his ointment creams and coconut oil but no luck yet.
