Will I ever sleep 😭

Kind of a vent..I’m just so exhausted I feel like I can’t do this. I’ve been sick for a week now and I’m having a hard time recovering because my toddler still doesn’t sleep thru the night so I barely get any rest. I’m just exhausted. And look like shit.

I feel for you! This was me in June. You can do it! It’s sucks, SO BAD but you will get better. Since sleep isn’t a good option to recover, try to support your immunity in all the other ways. Hang in there!! I know looking like shit also has an impact and it is just another physical representation of how you feel but it’s okay to look like 💩. You will look good again too. Ride it out and as the inside heals so will the outside 💜
