Nipple pain

Me too I’m 40 weeks, I thought it might be related to a benign lump I have behind my left nipple because it’s only happened on the one side. Have you been stimulating them/pumping or hand expressing at all? I’ve been doing that about a week and assumed it’s related. This is my first

haven’t been stimulating them or anything. Did consider maybe my bra was rubbing it since it’s my smaller boob and my bra fits my right great and my left it’s a little looser lol
