Tylenol for shots

Two month old just got his shots today they said that a possible side effect is fever and fussiness. Can I / should I give him Tylenol ahead of possible fever or should I just way?

I would wait to see if baby spikes a fever. It’s good to let their bodies have a slight immune response and baby may not get a temp! Fingers crossed for a smooth night
