Pregnant again!

I’ve just found out I’m pregnant again, it was something that was kind of planned but it’s taken me by surprise, I know that sounds strange considering it was something that we both wanted. All I can think about at the moment is what could go wrong. Did anyone else feel like this?

Lol I had this all last week after finding out it was not planned. I feel slightly better now especially cause my partners been so calm and content about it
