Low milk supply

I have low milk supply, about 50-60 ml combined when I pump. I need to supplement my 9 weeks old baby with formula as he easily takes 120-150 per feed. I have tried pumping between sessions when he sleeps. But supply is not increasing beyond this. I feel something is wrong with me that my supply won’t increase. Any tips how to increase supply.

I would try seeing a lactation consultant. Also when I was struggling with supply I rented the hospital pump because they’re stronger than most other pumps. Pump on a schedule and look into power pumping. Also make sure you’re drinking a whole bunch. Be careful of supplements that say they’re for increasing supply because some people have an opposite effect from them

Do you have the correct flange size? How often have out been pumping? It may be time to replace duckvill valves already.

Average pump output when replacing a feed is 2-4oz combined. Pumping after a feed is .5-2oz combined so you don’t seem like you have low supply.

You can try power pumping. It’s supply and demand. The more you remove milk, the more it signals to your body to make more.

If u don’t want to supplement you can also look into donor milk! Remember you need to take care of yourself just as much to make your milk and stress can be a dwelling as well. Do you only pump and feed or do you latch baby? If you latch baby baby can help get your supply going more with the stimulation. I also drank a lot of body armor drinks and you can try the lactation foods online. If you do latch baby and there’s enough wet diaper output ur doing just fine

I do latch the baby, or sometimes just pump and feed if he is too fussy. On top of that I need to supplement also. But lately I have seen him rejecting formula milk specially at night time. That is what is worrying me about the supply.

Not sure if parts need replacement already, coz I try to latch the baby first and pump in addition to that when he is sleeping. I have tried power pumping too. I seem to be stuck at 2 oz combined max in 3 hrs. But the baby requires more.

Could it be thrush? Oral ties? I heard thrush can be painful for babies to feed
