Gunky eyes

Hi. Does anyone's 10 week old still have watery/gunky eyes everyday? I was just cleaning them on a morning but now it's a few times a day. Should I call my Gp? Thanks x

13 weeks and still gunky but getting a little better as the weeks go by. I went to the GP and they said it could last up until a year old xx

Both of my babies had blocked tear duct. Does your little ones eye seem to get watery and gunky after they’ve been crying? If so it’s likely to be a blocked tear duct. You have to clean with sterile water and massage the eye a few times a day if you just put on YouTube how to massage a blocked tear duct a video will come up to show you how to do it.
It’s basically with your little finger press and swipe downwards from the corner of the eye to the end of their nose. We had to do it for weeks but since doing it daily and several times a day my second babies cleared up by 8/9 weeks old x

Mine does but in one eye but it’s always after she naps but she does have really watery eyes. Water will just leak from it randomly. I asked her dr but she didn’t seem concerned

The doctor prescribed us eyedrops and they cleared up after 2 uses. We’d been persevering for 3 weeks and wish we’d just got the drops sooner
