Nasal aspirator

I have the snot sucker, the electric nose frida, and the boogie bear, and the boogie bear is my favorite!! The electric one is my second fave and pretty powerful when upped to 3, but there's just something about the manual aspirator that makes me feel like I can get it done faster and better

Do you use any saline before suctioning?? I've found that using a couple drops of baby saline solution helps loosen up the mucus so I can use less force suctioning, or running all the hot water in the bathroom with the doors closed and fan off 15 minutes prior to bathtime, or both if she's really bad. Also if your little likes oranges, there's something about them that loosens up snot as well (I have no idea how or why but it does work!)

I tried saline drops before using my nose frida and it worked like a charm! By day 3 my little wasn’t fighting me anymore because she knew she would be able to breathe better when I was done. 😀
