Help! Noisy neighbours

I’m due a baby at the end of January, and my neighbours upstairs are beyond noisy (hence why I’m not asleep currently) he is always stomping slamming doors and yelling and dragging his chair in his room.

We have spoken to him and he says it’s just how he walks. But this is full blown stomping. I’m fecking exhausted which leads me to falling asleep during the day Till like 4pm.

Idk what to do anymore we have spoke to him and rang council and they won’t do nothing, my tenancy doesn’t end till March. I cannot cope I’m getting so angry and stressed.

Please help!
