6 months post c section

Hello! More just a post to find out if anyone’s in the same boat and if there is an end in sight! I had an elected section just over 6 months ago. I had a lot of family trauma, and a lot of stress in my family life, but the worst was unfortunately the same time I was giving birth which I know doesn’t help matters. I was in a lot of pain for around 2 months, then my doctor finally agreed to refer me for an internal scan just to make sure there were no foreign objects left inside, which there isn’t. 6 months on and I’m very sore whenever touching my tummy and when not touching I have a dull ache. The main pain is between the scar and belly button. I have a very physical job and I go back to work in around 2 months or so. I know it’s only 6 months PP however everything online says I should be feeling somewhat ‘okay’ after 6 weeks. I’ve had the scar checked many times and no one is worried, and I’ve got no worrying lumps or bumps around the area. I just want to feel better but it’s just causing me a lot of anxiety thinking that something more sinister could be wrong but every other medical professional just say the whole ‘you’ve had major surgery’ or ‘it’s probably just nerve damage’. It’s effecting me daily and I’m not sure how much longer I can take the constant pain and aches.
