First baby appointment.

I just found out I’m pregnant and was wondering what all happens at your first appointment. This is my first time and I’m soooo nervous!

They’ll do an ultrasound to confirm and bloodwork probably.

Depends what country you live in!

Blood pressure check, weight (this is every apt ) and they do a scan

BP, vitals, your personal history and your partner’s, labs urine and blood, and possibly an ultrasound, depending on the provider, to confirm your EDD.

Congratulations on your pregnancy and when I went to my first doctors appointment, they just checked the heartbeat. Check my weight and check my blood pressure, but I’m in West Virginia

Confused Over Test Result

My heads pretty blagged about this atm. I’ve had spotting & some cramping but of the 2 tests I’d have expected the clear blue one to be most accurate. Any advice?

Please be nice as I have anxiety…

So I’m 20 weeks pregnant and I went to the hospital for light bleeding when I wipe ( not ever time though).. the doctor told me it was due to sex and that my cervix was irritated has anyone else experienced this? And or know way to just calm my anxiety from it

Anyone else due 1st May?

I’m wondering whether I’ll have an April or May baby, thought she’d be late originally because she’s my first but I’ve had this weird feeling recently she’ll be early… if you’re in the same position what do you think?

Anxiety with the bump.

I’m 36 weeks pregnant and I’ve suddenly developed a massive anxiety around anyone standing behind me. My husband is annoying me so much because even though I’ve told him how it makes me feel, he’s continued doing stuff in our kitchen (that is tiny anyway) and sliding past me to grab things. I know the baby is safe even if I were to bump the bump a little but even the thought of it is still making extremely anxious. How do I cope with this feeling and is anyone else going through the same sort of thing?
