Can I light a Yankee candle around my newborn
I got gifted a Yankee candle set for Christmas however I’m weary of using them in the same room as my newborn, does anyone know if they are safe?

Yankee candles r made from paraffin wax which release toxic chemicals into the air when melted it's highly recommend to not use paraffin candles around newborns and babies. You can buy candled that have soy wax which is safe to burn around kids x
no I wouldn't burn it around any humans tbh
We just light our candles when our daughter is in bed! Don’t think we lit any for a while while she was newborn and napping in the lounge etc
