Are Men or Women MENTALLY stronger?

(This is just in general and as a whole, obviously no one fits one spectrum. Some women are physically stronger than some men, for example, and some men are going to be mentally stronger than some women and vise versa).

Funny you should ask this because I once asked a similar question to my personal trainer, who runs a CrossFit gym. She said that in a test of pure strength, men beat the women every time. No surprises there. But when it’s a percentage of body weight, in a test of stamina, the women always beat the men. She said it’s all mind over matter - and women have the stronger minds.

Personally, I can’t think of anything men can do that women can’t do. But pregnancy? Childbirth? Even if they were physically able?

I mean… I’m damn sure they’d fucking moan about it more.

I would say i answered her question fairly well.

I would say the same goes for emotional. Thera just so many variables when it comes to one’s emotional and mental strength…so in my bias opinion there’s no answer to this question. It’s an individual thing.

Because in family one with twin boys and girls there’s still vastly differently emotional strength. So….to say one gender is stronger emotionally or mentally wouldn’t make sense. This is just my opinion.

In my super duper personal experience, I’m the one who is and has been mentally stronger. My husband who I respect and love is an absolute pussy lol it’s really hard for him to do things if it’s too cold out, or he doesn’t FEEL like doing it, or if plans change suddenly. He’s also terrible at carrying the mental load any day of the week.
But like I said- that’s just my personal experience.

I mean you’re asking this on a female app so I feel like it’s gonna be an inaccurate answer as opposed to if you had male and female both voting to answer this question. I answered female not because I’m bias but because I think women endure more in all different aspects therefor have to find better ways to survive mentally.

It goes both ways both genders need support we all human now emotionally men are stronger .. mentally idk a man can break down and so could a women

If this is lighthearted without too much research/ effort put behind it .My first thought would be men Imo but then I thought how would we gauge this and within seconds I thought of who suffers from metal illness more or appears to be more mentally unstable- did a second search and generated results that women do suffer more from mental illness one such statistic stating 3x times more likely than their male counterparts. Now if we’re talking emotionally I would think that females are stronger or have the advantage in this area. I think that emotions tend to cloud a famales logical more so then it does with men which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. I also think it’s individual based also but these are my personal thoughts/ experiences on the matter
