Brown/ discoloured toilet paper when wiping

Hello! I am 39 weeks today and the last 3 times I’ve been to for a wee the discharge/ dampness from wiping is discoloured, I was thinking does this mean the bloody show would come soon? However I have been in hospital with dehydration and my urine is darker today although it was much clearer yesterday so now I am doubting if it’s just concentrated urine on the paper. Has anyone experienced the discolouration on the loo roll before losing their plug/having the bloody show ?
