My LO is 7 months and she’s rolling, standing and crawling at fast pace. She’s in pull-up nappies already. She now needs rompers without feet so she can stand on her feet. Should I be buying more sleepsuits or just for bedtime purposes? How long do they wear sleepsuits to bed for? I’m also thinking of put baby in top and bottom outfits from now. Any advice or help on what type of clothes to buy her in advance up to 1yrs old whilst the sales are on?

I am a bonds lover through & through. If you live near a dfo you can get them cheaper there, or the bonds shops had a massive sale before Christmas. But you can usually find them somewhere cheaper. I love them as up until a size 0 they have the hand covers that fold over, and they do the same with the feet covers right through all the sizes. So we cover of a night in bed to keep him warm, then put him in a sleep sack, and when he gets up we uncover his feet. We are currently in size 2, so will be transitioning to two piece soon, but they also do super comfy 2 piece pjs for size 2 & up

My daughter has just turned 2 and we put her is sleepsuits for bed. I worry that a top and bottom would end up giving her a bare midriff and she’d get cold or uncomfortable. We get the ones that have the rubber bits on the feet so she doesn’t slip about.
I think we pretty much stopped using sleepsuits in the day around 4/5 months. We then mainly dressed her in tops and leggings with a vest under from then. We still tend to put a vest on her now.

I just use sleepsuits for bedtime now at 8 months. Will probs use them til she’s about 18 months. In the day I put her in leggings and top combos mostly xx

All my sleep suits has flip-over feet maybe find those ones. We’ve always used them so he doesn’t need socks, and on hot days I can flip them over. From 3-6m size I bought 2 pieces he was only in sleepers for bed I picked a top and shorts for him every day, I didn’t like taking my baby out in sleepers I wanted him dressed.

I use vests/bodysuits as the top, and then dress with leggings or tracksuit bottoms, that way the top doesn't ride up and cause a cold belly. Then as it's cold I'll put a cardigan or jumper over the top. He'll either sleep a vest/bodysuit with leggings, or a sleep suit.

My 9 month old still wears sleep suits to bed and most days. In her size they all seem to come with grippy soles and she’s doing fine. We have wood floors through the whole ground floor so it would be easy for her to slip. She’d have to have grippy socks if she was wearing trousers etc so this is no different really.

You can put her in whatever you like as long as it's the right temperature!
Personally I like a sleepsuit for night and until after 1st nap. After that I get my LG dressed for the day. Either a vest underneath a dress with tights, vest with leggings and a jumper, or vest underneath dungarees.
