Colostrum Tube Collection
Has anyone collected their colostrum?
When I had my daughter, I didn’t even think you could collect it and use it. I’m now currently pregnant with my second child (31 weeks) and I’m considering in doing this.
So now my question is, for mamas who did collect it, is it worth it? Also, how long does it last? (Refrigerated) Do you just feed it to the baby straight from the tube?

I didn’t do it, but you should freeze the colostrum & you feed from the tube. I wanted to, but I was not leaking colostrum AT ALL prior to giving birth. You can bring it with you to the hospital in a cooler.
