Traumatic birth
Hey everyone my little boy is now 1 years old and I had a really traumatic birth with him I was just wondering how did people know when they were ready to have another baby and experience it again I know it may not be traumatic the 2nd time around but I’m so nervous as to whether I’m ready to have another or not I am in 2 minds and was wondering if anyone could help or offer advice to reassure me - and when did everyone have a 2nd I’m worried about waiting to long and then not being able to conceive etc xx

I had a really bad experience with my first and it was horrible. I got pregnant when he was 18 months roughly. We moved in between and had a much better hospital with birthing centre upstairs instead of a different building. We were able to opt for birthing centre that way and assured if needed it’s only a lift to the hospital ward with doctors. Was able to have a natural pool birth with no complications and was the best experience x
I had a terrible first pregnancy and baby ended up on a ventilator when born, I got pregnant at 11 months postpartum and really struggled with my second pregnancy, I was just on anti depressants and had therapy etc to get through but honestly as soon as baby was here I was absolutely fine, just freaked out by the pregnancy 😆
