Anti reflux milks have thickener which is really hard for babies to digest and can actually worsen reflux symptoms

mam size 2, he won’t drink the milk with size 1

How old is baby?
Fast flows can be difficult for baby to control and in turn increase their air intake causing discomfort and reflux.
I always recommend mam with a size 0

We've used c&g anti reflux and then moved onto HIPP anti reflux as we found the c&g one made him constipated. He's been on that since he was 7 months old. He will be 1 later this month. Eating actual food helped his reflux massively

In that case I would look at getting a feeding assessment to check for tongue tie as it can really restrict their latch
