Yellow cream-Metanium Nappy Rash ointment
Does anyone know if you can get this nappy rash cream in any shop? They discontinued this cream, and unfortunately, this is the only thing that works for my baby boy's nappy rash. His skin gets broken so easily. I never had that problem with my little girl.
I saw people selling that cream on eBay for £30—ridiculous!
Or maybe anyone has some recommendations for different nappy rash cream that is as good?

I'm so gutted this has been discontinued. But the every day cream does work to keep the rash away. On the rash itself, I've heard "proshield plus" is a good alternative but I've not used it yet, I'm scraping everything i possibly can out the mitanium I have left

It's so frustrating isn't it. Only thing I've found that works! I agree with ...the white one is good too x
