I have ordered Tiny potty by Andrea olson its especially for 18mo+. Have the download of go diaper free which I'm reading the 12-18mo section of at the moment!
Gonna give the podcast a go and maybe the book on audible. Has anyone tried using reusable nappies in the process? (Very new so just curious!)
Hey Maria. I started using reusable during the day at around 4 months because it was going so well. I think they are absolutely brilliant. I ended up stopping using them for a while as he had diarrhoea for like 3 weeks and ec kinda went out of the window for a while. I’m hoping to going back to using them again soon.
Thanks Paris! Any recommendations for brand/system? I looked into them when pregnant and it all got very complex very fast xD
It was the same for me. We are using close parent reusables. I’d say they are very easy to use and fit pretty well. I’ve not had a leak yet but I check his nappy so often to potty that it isn’t an issue and don’t use over night. He’s only 9 months currently so not sure about them fitting into toddlerhood yet. We were gifted a box of 10 nappies from a friend that got them and never used them. The only real down side is that the company don’t seem to be restocking their sold out items so I’m not sure if they are being discontinued? I wanted to buy some extra soakers to save on time and washing 😢. I know when I was trying to decide I came across the nappy lady website. That has a nappy library and a quiz to help you decide what would be best for you.
I listened to go diaper free podcast on Spotify, I was going to buy the book but I’ve been doing it part time since 4 weeks old and it has been really easy for us so far. If I run into issues I will buy the book.
