@Nat I've had an oversupply too. I've been feeding him once a night but when he sleeps through I have to hand express in the morning for comfort and otherwise it's too much for him and he's sick 🙈
3 months I stopped leaking so much but still constantly wear one as I can have a dribble now and then and for pumping during the night times.
I’m not sure exactly when, but for the longest time the let down would come from both sides instead of just the one she was feeding off 🫠 so around the time that calmed down I stopped wearing a bra, but always kept a muslin cloth to hand to hold over the other boob if I noticed it leaking. I also used to wear the sticky breast pads in my pj’s which is so much comfier but not very reliable if they’re quite loose! Breastfeeding pj’s exist with a place for a pad and zips☺️ I stopped with all breast pads and bras around 7 or 8 months i’d say, as soon as I noticed the pads were dry in the morning :)
https://pyjamam.com/ I wish I had seen these 2 years ago! I just sleep topless now and she helps herself lol but they would’ve been a game changer in the first year
6 months pp and still leaking in the morning 🥴
Once the newborn boobs were gone. 3 months
I’m almost 8 months in and still get letdowns on both sides. Hate wearing a bra to bed but don’t have a choice 😅
I wear nursing vest tops instead with cloth pads and a muslin in there.
14 months pp and still can’t 🤦🏽♀️
From the start. I never leaked or had a let down. Couldn’t even pump, but my baby was ebf for a year.
I’m nearly 7 months PP and although I don’t leak much anymore or don’t leak at all I’m still petrified to sleep without a bra cause I know damn well the night I do sleep without one imma wake up SOAKED 🤣🤦🏼♀️
My son is 12 months old so I must have started maybe a couple of months ago, maybe 3-4. I have an oversupply so I leaked for a while and didn't trust not having one. I disliked having a bra to sleep in so I get it.
