Bed time

My little girl HATES being covered. Blankets, duvet, sleeping bag you name it. So we've been putting thick fluffy pjs on and cranking up the heating. Has anyone else had this issue? She's not sleeping through and has gone backwards with going to sleep and my husband swears this is the reason...

I had the same. The only thing that worked was the sleeping bag with feet. She feels free to move so works for her! Not sure if you’ve tried it already? X

We bought a padded like sleepsuit from next, its 2.5 tog and he’s accepted this thankfully as he was waking in the night because he was cold x

Think this really depends on your toddler - our LO won’t use her duvet either but sleeps fine in normal cotton pjs plus an extra cotton tshirt. Her room is between 16-20 degrees through the night. Any chance she’s too hot in fluffy pjs plus heating?

We often use a togged sleepsuit too so give the house a break from having the heating on through night! Ours is 2.5 tog and keeps her warm all night

Our daughter is the same!! It completely threw me because my son loved a sleeping bag until he was 3! The togged sleep suits have been our saviour - sainsburys do them as do next I think

Thanks all, out of no where she's just started sleeping though with her fluffy pjs! However I'm going back to the cotton ones and have ordered a footless sleeping bag x
