Sleep regression

Yes. It's been shocking! 2 weeks it was basically up all night. Just taking it a night at a time 🫠

@Hollie Sutcliffe That’s pretty much what we’re doing, every night isn’t the same but my god last night was awful

I lost my mind last week and called the health visitor. They said to try and help Lara learn to fall asleep without us. Now putting her down and just giving her our hand until she's sleepy and then trying to leave her room. It's hit and miss. So so tough this age isn't it 😭

I *think* (hope) we’ve just been through it early, we were up anywhere between 3-4 hours a night 🥲 we tried sleep training but it didn’t work, but he seems to have come out the other side..until the next one 🤣 x

@Hollie Sutcliffe This is what we do at the moment, just hold her hand but even if we move our hand away she cries 😢😢

I know. It's barely working for us now. She woke 3 times last night screaming and crying for us. I'm absolutely shattered xx
