Getting baby in the pram

Does anyone else have any issues with putting baby in the pram when going for walks? My LG, 10 weeks, cries as soon as I put her in, so I've ended up getting into habit of waiting until she naps (in my arms) and then placing her in the pram, racing out the door and hope she doesn't wake up whilst on the walk. I realise this is unsustainable. Does anyone else have this problem? / have any advice?

I have the same issues, I think it’s the whole having to get them in a pram suit and bundle them up as it’s so cold etc! I can’t wait until the weather gets better, I try to wait until she’s in a good mood or put the pram suit on her outside of the pram and then gently place her in. This is usually the last thing I do before leaving otherwise she’s crying while I try and get my socks/shoes on

My LG hated the pram until 6 months. When she started to enjoy and be aware of the world around. But only for 20 to 30mins walk. Now can manage a 1hr walk at 10 mths old.

My LG was exactly the same - hated the bassinet. We swapped to the full pram at 4.5 months and she loves it. Happy to be awake and look around but also naps excellently in there.

@Romany glad to hear I'm not the only one!

@Luci that's an idea, think I'll move to full pram once she's old enough

get good carrier that doesnt brake your back and try to go for a walk with it , my girl loves carrier and i learn to have only light backpack ...
