Sleep deprived

Not going to lie it does make me upset when I see other moms whose two month olds are doing longer stretches. My little girl is nine weeks and her longest stretch at night is two hours and it’s usually the first one, lately it’s only been one hour. After that, she’s up every 50 minutes of the night. She will not go to sleep unless she is on me and that is super uncomfortable for me. I’m starting to get sleep deprived and get irritated with my other Kid and Husband . It’s starting to get to me. Not sure how much I can handle this. I love my baby, but this is not a way to live, it’s not healthy for the body either to be surviving off of this much of sleep.

I'm also getting really tired l. We are gonna try to sleep in separate rooms tonight, as our bed just isn't all that suitable for co sleeping, and my boy just will not go in his crib for love nor money.... So.... Put up bed in the spare room for me tonight! It's firmer AND against a wall, so much safer!

@Emma so are you and your partner sleeping in separate rooms and taking turns watching the baby? How do you sleep with him now? Mine will only contact sleep, waiting for four months to start sleep training

No turns, I just take him overnight. I'm on maternity, whereas the husband has to be at work, sooooo, he's mine overnight! Husband takes him for a few hours every evening, so I sleep a bit before he comes up to bed with baby.
