Anyone else babies wake up wet some mornings where their nappy has leaked?

We use rascal and friends and we use the next size up and some mornings he is still waking up soaking wet ,I don’t think it helps that he sleeps on his stomach all night. He also has a 8oz bottle right before bed and then sometimes wakes around 3/4 and has 6oz. I don’t know if I should be changing him if he wakes in the night, but then I feel like it’s going to wake him up too much and then he isn’t going to go back to sleep. Are people still changing nappies in the night if they wake for a feed?

When this has happened with my little boy it's been an indication that he needs to go up a size

Yes we had this loads we changed to pampers pants for night time only and now no leaks at all

Yeah I had the exact same issue as you months ago with the volume of milk before/ during the night. I was changing on the night even with pull up pants and it was still leaking if I didn't. I don't have any advice sorry but it stopped when I stopped feeding in the night x

Yeah we had this issue but changed nappy brand didn’t happen again but sometimes it can be an issue with size.

We stopped changing her through night coz she was only waking up once. Pampers premium and pampers baby dry and Tesco size 4 she doesn’t leak in

My little girl leaked in rascal nappies but doesn’t in aldi ones, they are really good! I also agree that sometimes if I feed her twice in the night there are still leaks, I change her once in the night but she wakes herself up so much crying for milk anyway that it doesn’t really make much difference to her and after her bottle she goes all sleepy again anyway x

We're having this issue too! I've bought pampers to use for night time. Will be testing today. I do find that sizing up in vest helps too so it doesn't cause nappy to leak overnight

We change in the night if he wakes up, but changing consists of only putting a new nappy on no cleaning, as I feel this wakes him up more. I feel like him being dry will help him sleep better than a wet and heavy feeling
