@Emma it must be coz I checked my sleep record from my apple watch and said I woke up for a minute once more after she woke up. My LG is 6 months now but our dog has an upset stomach and woke us up at 6am yesterday so definitely tiredness x
I used to do this allll the time when my baby was small
All the time when she was newborn
Happened a few times to me but the other way around - woke up with my lo in my arms and couldn't remember picking him up 😬
Omg I had it last night for the first time too, my little one is 6 months. I woke up and she was in bed with me and my boob was out, no recollection of how we got there
All the time when my first was newborn and even now with second baby i ask my husband where he is , but i know i gave him to my mil to watch soni can nap a bit 😂
@Shannice jinx! It such a weird feeling isn’t it🙈
I had it the other way a few times. I'd wake up and she'd be in our bed, sometimes latched 😂 My partner watched once and said she'd made the smallest noise/stir in the night and I immediately reached over, pulled her across and stuck her on the boob without waking up!
Oml yes, all the time with my first. I had a dream she fell off the bed and banged her head, I swear literally heard the thud and woke suddenly. She was in her cot 😮💨 I never fell asleep with her on me or feeding, but Id constantly wake in a panic that I hadn't put her back in the cot. I didn't do it with my second, which is strange because he ate more often and didn't sleep through til later than she did so I was more knackered. Guess it's FTM worries.
Omg this happened to me just before Christmas but I'd put him down in his playpen downstairs because I'd gone downstairs with him to feed so I don't wake his dad up and then gone back up to bed 😫 thankfully woke up to his crys and it didn't seem like he'd been crying long at all and he was safe but ut absaloutly mortified me ..I told my partner and he had the nighshifts over Christmas....its just pure exhaustion and actually quite common but utterly terrifying 😳 cx
Yes! The worst thing happened to me a few months ago, I usually changed baby nappy after nap on the floor then head straight downstairs to play, but I can’t remember getting baby out of the crib (impossible for him to have climbed out, it was too high and I’d have heard the tumble/cry) I woke up to the sound of my baby rolling down the stairs 😭😭😭 it was pure exhaustion and still feel guilty about it :( he was all good and only got a carpet burn! We were so lucky😭
@Miros oh I’m glad he’s okay! But this is the kind of thing that worries me, especially coz our bedroom is by the banister which is quite a fall down (I change baby in her room which is next to ours). I don’t tend to change her much in the night anymore but still terrifies me (one of my worries when she was a newborn and needed to be changed constantly).
It just tiredness when I had a newborn I thought she was in my bed and something happened but she was in her cot had that dream a few times it’s horrible
