2 hours to put her down for sleep. Began with a tad bit over her bedtime. Turned into a nightmare to put her down..I got so frustrated I just walked out the room and turned the lights off and went to the toilet and left her on the floor so she doesn't fall down. Heard a thud from the room and when I went back in she was standing beside the bed. No idea what the thud was. Maybe she fell over from standing. She was crying her eyes out when I turned on the light but seemed fine when I checked her over. Cue the rocking and swaying and then just taking her to my bed and then her jumping over me back and forth. I stayed silent and let her tire herself to sleep with some boob. I feel like it's taken a year off my life. Nearly midnight and now she's asleep, will probably wake again in half hour from over tiredness. I hate my husband for not ever helping out with house work or looking after baby or nap times or sleep times. I'm so tired and pissed off with everything and anything. Just blurting my thoughts now. Wish I had a kebab.

How long was her last wake window and how much day sleep? X

10 hour night sleep the night before, 3 and half hour wake window after waking, 1 hour nap, 4 hour 15 minute next wake window, 35 minutes nap, 6 15 minute next wake window.

It sounds like the absolute worst night, I'm so sorry! Please know you're not alone in any of these thoughts, but please do speak to your husband about how you're feeling - he probably has no idea! Being a mum is so bloody overwhelming so much of the time. I really do hope you've had your kebab now too! If you're having continual issues at night it might be worth thinking of dropping the second nap, or at least seeing what difference it makes xx

@Becky thanks for that. How do I know if it is a regression or if she needs a nap dropped? She can't really do more than 5 hours wake window. I think if I let her have only one nap she would end up having a bedtime of 5pm and missing a meal. Any tips for this? Thanks!
