What time do you go to bed?

I go up at around 8pm but with the lights on and tv on or read. Last feed with lights off and down for the night stretch around 10/10.30pm currently. I then go to sleep.

Little one goes up about 8 half 8 , I have an hour to myself then I go up to bed - have a good camera so I can see him breathing etc

Do you feed your LO before putting them to bed?

@Lucia yeah I get him all ready downstairs, sleeping bag clean nappy etc , take him up dim lights , he has a bottle then he's down for pretty much the night sometimes wakes at 2 but mostly goes through till half 4ish , then has a bottle and back down to 6/7 x

@Natalie thanks! Is he formula fed? Or breast milk?

@Lucia he's formula fed now, we did 7 weeks of bf but ended up on formula

I want to try and get into a routine too, my lg goes to bed when we go bed around 11/12 but I want to put her down earlier than this. We’re the same and have a camera set up but I’d like to try giving her her last bottle 8/9 then putting her down and seeing how she goes for the night xx

@Natalie can I ask what camera you have please? Looking for one where I can also see them clear enough to see breathing too as otherwise will get too anxious

She cluster feeds all evening on and off with lots of wakeful time up until.about 10.30pm then she goes to sleep and is up once or twice until 9am when she's up for the day..I'll gradually bring this forward but this suits us well for now as that's when we go up to bed x

Same I sleep when she sleeps between 8-9 . Lights out and quiet .

@Kelsea I put my LO to bed at 7/8 after a bath and bottle and I don’t go to bed myself until 10/11! I have a camera and do frequent checks on him then when I go to bed I do a quick bum change that he sleeps through or stirs a little and then I do a dream feed top up and he goes through till about 3/4. Before I started doing the bum change and dream feed he’d wake about an hour after I went to bed xx

Mine goes up at about 10:30pm at the moment but is sleeping before this downstairs. I do want to settle her earlier so we have started lights off downstairs and just TV on for us and she goes in her moses basket or sleeps on one of us until her next feed. She won't go up and sleep in a room alone until 6 months as per Lullaby Safe Sleep advice. She settles into heavier sleeps from around 7:30pm usually.

Reign goes to bed the same time as Hudson and Nova which is 7pm xx

We have a feed and go to bed around 7/8pm I’ll sit up and watch tele sometimes he will just lie in his crib and watch his baby Einstein aquarium or sometimes he might go to sleep depending on his naps during the day but he will have his last feed around 11pm sometimes I will dream feed him if he’s sleeping after his 7/8pm feed and then he will sleep through till 9/10am most mornings! He’s done this since 6 weeks!xx
