could be colic or maybe a comfort thing or hunger.. walking around sometimes help my little one or some skin to skin contact

Has your baby always been like this or did she just recently start doing this? Mine started doing this at about 5 1/2 weeks, before that she would normally wake to eat and then I could get her back to sleep shortly after, no big deal. But once she started with this she’d be up for like 4-5 hours just scream crying, fussy and nothing would work to settle her. So I basically got 1 & 1/2 hours of sleep during those days. And then during the day she would sleep but I couldn’t put her down at all. I’m thinking it’s the growth spurt they have around 6-8 weeks just coming early. Last night was the first night she actually slept semi normal again so I’m hopeful we’re almost done with it. 😴

my baby started going through the same thing at the 5 week mark and the only thing i can link it to is developmental milestones. i found the app called wonder weeks helpful

I read that a baby at around 5 to 6 weeks old will get fussier because they are going through a growth spur. Hang in there!

It could be acid reflux if she’s doing all this after a feed.
