Hey all, I already have a call in to the pediatrician, but I'm wondering if any other little ones have had a reaction to their first year vaccines. My son had his first year shots nine days ago, but today has a raised mark at the injection sight, a rash, and a fever. Does anyone have a similar experience to calm me down while I wait for the DR to call back??

This pediatrician goes over vaccine reactions at the 12 month check up. Sounds like 10 days later is pretty normal for a reaction to appear: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DEQG1h0xd_5/?igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==

My son gets a fever when he gets his vaccines. I try to always give him Tylenol before we go so he won’t get a fever. Ask your pediatrician before giving yours baby Tylenol.
