My 7 week old is breastfed so I don't know how different that is to formula, but his feed intervals range from anywhere between 40 minutes to 4 hours. I would say on average he usually wakes every 2 to 2 and a half hours to feed but it's really sporadic and there's no real pattern at the moment. For example, last night he fed at 8pm, 10.30pm, 11pm, 11.40pm, 4.40am, and then 6.45am. Hoping we start to see more longer stretches and predictable patterns in his feeds soon - I'm shattered!
We are varied atm, sometimes we can drop a feed through the night and sometimes we cant. We are currently doing feeds every 3/4 hours and also doing the occasional dream feed depending on last feeds. My LG went from 11pm until 6:30am today but today might be completely different and we might not drop any feeds through the night x
9.30 / 12.30 / 3.30 / 7 here today at just shy of 5 weeks, also formula fed.

My LG is coming up 7 weeks formula fed and we are still going every 3 hrs between feeds in the night sometimes she will go 4 hrs but not often so your not alone x
We got lucky with our first too😂Our little boy keeps cluster feeding for a few days then going two feeds then back to cluster feeding
My little boy is almost 7 weeks and I bottle feed him at night. He normally feeds 1030/11 pm (bottle), 4 (bottle) and 8/9 am (breast). Its not strictly that routine but seems to be most nights. One night he slept from 11-6 !! 😁
My girl is 7 weeks on Friday and is exactly the same as yours Up at exactly same times x
We are the same. 2-3 hours sleep sometimes we have a 4 hour sleep. She’s my first so I just guessed this was normal ish for babes. We combi feed but mainly breast throughout the night. X
