I have been a few times, use a swim nappy but only put on when you get there as they don’t hold urine. The changing rooms are ok I have always ended up having to use the group change as my little girl was only young didn’t sit on her own. The shared rooms are the only rooms with a baby change- I could be wrong but I only ever seen a table in the shared rooms.
It is a good session tho

I know you definitely can at the oval as there is a pram storage I’m not sure on leasowe, maybe give them a call and ask

You can take your pram into leasowe, they have a little room by the pool where you can keep it.
