Hi! I am going on month 4 of TTC. I am super regular so much so that when I had my IUD, I wouldn't bleed but would get every other period symptom like clock work. I have been sick for a few days (flu) but it is really not like my to miss a cycle. I have taken one test every morning for the past 3 days and each time they come back negative. Tonight I started cramping and spotting. Has anyone experienced anything similar? I have longer cycles (33 days) so I am thinking I would definitely ovulate and implant late. I'm just confused by the tests still showing negative at this point and wondering if anyone had dealt with anything similar that they would be willing to share. This will be our first baby so everything is all new for me. Thanks in advance! 🤍

We're on baby #2, and this pregnancy took 5 months to conceive. Every woman is so different it's hard to compare symptoms, but I personally never spotted. Not that that doesn't mean a ton of women absolutely do, and it's implantation bleeding. Some women don't get a positive but are still pregnant. So either wait several days then test again if a full period hasn't come, or go to your doctor and get a urine test.
I'm pretty regular too, and I tested positive at 13 dpo. My symptoms were: change in discharge, peeing more, little pinches in my uterus that didn't quite feel like normal cramps (felt like pinches not a dull ache, and didn't come in waves like cramps), started feeling super tired and emotional. Now when AF happens, I get so tired. But pregnancy tiredness in the 1st trimester is something else.. you become a house cat; wanting to sleep constantly, and you get hungry super frequently. So I'd say look out for cravings, extreme fatigue, and pinches.
