Changing wake windows?

I can’t figure out when my daughter should nap anymore before it was 3 hours now on the dot but now if I take her before 4 hours she does mad playing crawling around etc if I take her at 4 hours she seems overtired keeps crying and won’t fall asleep until about 4 and half hours. Really messes up her later nap and bedtime also. What’s wake times for everyone’s 11 month almost 1 year old and what does your day look like with both naps? Sometimes I’m skipping a second now so we can do usual bedtime.

We dropped to one nap a few weeks ago. Wake up between 6.30 and 7am. Nap from 12/12.15-2/2.15pm. Bedtime 7.30/7.45pm. It’s on the early end to drop to one nap (LO is a year, average is 14-18 months) but we were struggling to get him down for second nap and it was pushing bedtime to after 9pm.

Wake usually 6:30/7am, nap 10-10:30, second nap between 2 and 4:30pm but only for 1.5hrs, max 2hrs within that timeframe. Bedtime 7:30/8pm.

I have never restricted my daughters naps, I let her sleep as long as she wants which has resulted in a later bedtime which I’m really happy with as I go to bed with her so we get a lovely evening as a family now❤️ Wake up: 6-8am Breakfast: 8.30am Nap: 10.30-11.40/12pm Lunch time: whenever usually around 12.30pm Nap: 4pm-5pm Dinner: 6pm Bedtime: 8.40-9pm

We had the following routine for a while (though all up in the air at the mo as she's had a cold. Up 7:30ish Nap 11-12:30 Nap 4pm for anything from 30mins to 1.5 hours - wake at 5:30 if not before. Bedtime at 8-8:30ish

As of this week, we’ve upped the wake windows. My boy is 1 on 5th Feb. First window, 3hrs min, 2nd 3.5hrs, 3rd 3.45/4. Our rut is late wake up, late bed time at the moment. So bed time is often 8.30 which kills me lol x

I’m the same mine fights his second nap, sometimes it’s hard to fit it in because it’s too close to bedtime by the time he stops fighting and falls asleep. Sometimes I give up on the second nap and he’s been awake all day from about 11, then he’s tired and whinging by 4pm
