@Ariyana well I tried that and she’s gets up at 5 am. Yeah she will get up maybe at 1am to 3am to eat and back to sleep
Hi, You can try to move the bedtime later, slowly. But depends on the overall schedule, how many naps, wake time between naps etc
They can wake up early from different reasons , habit or over tiredness. Is she cheerful early riser or tired and cranky, are many aspects here to clarify.
@Elena She takes two naps. With 3 to 3 1/2 hours (Sometimes good size naps sometimes cat naps). Even if I push her bedtime a little later, she wakes up at the same time. I think that she’s just an early riser probably! Because even if I feed her before we go to bed, she wakes up at three 4 o’clock in the morning to get fed
To see an improvement with the waking time/ bedtime you will need to have the same schedule for 2 weeks. If you keep only for a few days a bedtime time and then you change it again, nothing will change. Also, it is important before sleep, she has enough sleeping pressure, and for this, the wake window for 10 months should be between 3.5 and 4 hours. Max daytime sleep 2/2.5 hours. But of course, if she is used to going to sleep, let's say at 6:30, you cannot push the bedtime straight away to 8:00 from the first day. Slowly, you will need to push the schedule to 15 minutes until you have the desired bedtime. I hope this makes sense.
Maybe put her down at 8 so she’ll wake up at 7?? Either way She still is sleeping very good consider yourself lucky. My LO sleeps 7pm wakes 7am every morning.
