Acid reflux
Hi! I thought I was done with acid reflux and it just came back 😫. Any medication or natural remedies you could recommend ? I spent my pregnancy in France and just moved to the UK, I don’t know what to take.. thanks 🙏🏻

You’ll be able to get omeprazole from your doctor. It’s the only thing I’ve found that works

I rely on Gaviscon which helps my acid reflux. You can buy it at any supermarket ✨👍
Mix bicarbonate of soda with a little cordial and water and neck it! Works a treat x
Gaviscon is my life saver when it comes to acid reflux! I have it on me at all times😂
Gaviscon is good, or you can get own brand versions like the boots one which I have and it works well for me
