First time mums

when your lo is sick

I'm really worried about my lo, his 15 months and stop drinking. his nappies have started to go dry, I think its more than teething. he has started to vomit, if I push with the milk his only having 30mls. I've been a&e and they have checked his ears chest tummy and said his fine. but what do I do in the mean time if his not eating his going to be constipated right? and if his nt drinking his going to dehydrate. After his sick I have been giving sips of the body salt powder. any advice? how I can get him to drink or eat
