Following because the pain is awful! Xx

Hey Ami,I am in a terrible pain right now with sciatica as well.I am taking paracetamol when it's really umberable but also using tiger balm and massaging my left lower back. The tiger balm helps a bit but really I should rest which I don't that much.Still working:/Any other tips are welcome ladies:)

Acupuncture and stretching. Acupuncture works wonders actually!

I'm also following and the pain is horrible xx

I sleep on the opposite side, so leg with sciatica is not laid on. Helps hugely. Unfortunately, I've had it on and off since 2013 and never found a "cure" other than rest. X

You can talk to your midwife and i believe she can get you in for physio but I just deal with it as hate all the stress of appointments xx

Have a look at Spinning Babies website, I had what I thought was sciatica but an osteopath diagnosed a pelvis dysfunction from the pregnancy that'll in theory go away after the baby is born. He recommended some exercises (after pushing it all back into place) and I took up AquaFit (it's basically chill mobility work isn't it). The spinning babies daily routine video helped fast too, it moved the baby off of where they were hurting me, totally recommend having a look! I have no pain now.

I get acupuncture for mine and physio also gave me crutches because there’s days I physically cannot walk. It gets that bad I can’t even stand on my own and if I sit down I’ve gotta get help moving into a different position

I had a massage and reflexology which seemed to help.
