It’s a super pretty name and maybe it’s just me but I’ve heard a lot of women talking about this name recently, it’s still not too common but I don’t think it will be as unique as maybe you’re hoping for, especially in another year or two because it’s trending upwards really fast

I think it’s lovely and I think of Swan Lake. As Autumn said though, it is trending and there will likely be more people using it through 2025 -27. If you’re not stressed about going for a rare name though, go for it!

interesting! I'm so curious where you've heard the name popping up?? Is it in "names we liked, but didn't use" videos? Because it hasn't ranked in the top 1000 names since 1905 (at least not in the US) I haven't heard it anywhere.

Definitely heard it on allot of lists recently. Odette ranked around 1264 in US 2023 with 181 girls named Odette. I definitely think it is going to come into top 1000 soon as it gives the same vibes as Margot and Eloise. If you look at the stats for the other 2 you can see it takes about 10 years for them to get popular so I say go for it.
