If you are part of the Horley life Facebook group search Gemma Rogers and have a look at photos. She has created a list of the low cost drop in type groups that run in the area.
Also have a look at Infinity space to Bloom its on on Fridays

There is also cafe milk on Mondays at the YMCA (plus health drop in clinic every other Monday), it’s on today so I’m getting my little one weighed

I had a look at the YMCA page and they have a few things actually. Thank you.
